QPCx's expert commissioners serve as a resource for the owner, design team, contractor, and the building operators to provide continuity from concept to completion for every project.
Verifying that the project design meets the owner’s objectives, confirming the system design has been optimized, and providing recommendations to minimize first-cost and improve efficiency is the first step our team takes with each project. We review equipment submittals concurrently with the design team to ensure the equipment fulfills the design intent.
Our team ensures that you can have a high degree of confidence that systems and equipment are being installed per the design documents, approved submittals, and coordination drawings while following industry best practices as your project takes shape. We continue to work closely with relevant parties to schedule regular reviews to ensure project success.
As the project is completed, our team conducts tests to check that system controls have been programmed to meet design intent, ensuring all equipment works as intended and can provide the expected performance as outlined in the submittal and as required according to state code.
